Prices, Availability, Contact Details.

Standard Prices

The standard prices for rentals are determined by the on-site managers.  These prices are published in the Tariffs page at the Fraser Island Beach Houses website.

The 2 Bedroom Poolside and 3 Bedroom Poolside prices apply to House 19.  The Tariffs page also specifies the dates when High and Low-season rates apply.

Discount Prices

For a discount off the standard prices, please contact the owners directly.  Either:

  • Use the Online Booking Request Form
    • Use this form to enquire about pricing and availability of accommodation at the Fraser Island Luxury Beach House.
    • Ask us about particular dates.  We will let you know whether the house is available.
